Fireco

High Pressure Kits

Fireco is also a worldwide leader in the manufacturing of high pressure kits and motor pumps. There are more than 120 different models and the customer can decide between petrol or diesel engines with different HP, tanks made in GRP, Stainless Steel or reinforced Kevlar, “T”, “L”, “cube” or special for “ATV” shaped, different hoses and accessories.
Fireco offers a patented FHP foam mixing system which allows a mixing of foam and filming agents with proportioning of 0.1÷6%, independent of the circuit load. It is possible to use the proportioning system with every length, also 200m, and type of hose.

Motor Pumps

Motor Pumps

High Pressure Kits

The high-pressure motorpumps can be supplied with or without tank. Available with 50, 70, 80 and 100 l / min at 40 and 50 Bar – 135 l / min at 20 bar – 42 l / min at 100 bar and 150 with petrol engine 9, 14 and 18 HP diesel engine 10, 11, 12, 15 and 19 HP. The standard version is equipped with hose reel, a high pressure tube and high-pressure gun.
Special versions available on request.

HP Kits with tanks in GRP

HP Kits with tanks in GRP

High Pressure Kits

The motorpumps are paired with tanks made of composite materials, which guarantee:
Maximum lightness: on average the GRP tank has a lower weight of about 50% compared to a tank of the same capacity realized with other materials (eg stainless steel);
Resistance and flexibility: the mix of glass fiber fabrics and resins used with the present technology, ensures greater solidity and resistance compared to other materials, while being more easy to be repaired;
Product / money: with tanks GRP you have cost savings that are overturned on the lower price of the end product.
The GRP tanks can be realized in different forms:
“L” (350-400-500-600-800lt capacity);
“T” (350-400-450-500-550-600lt capacity);
A cube or “C” (100-200-500-600-1100-1250-1500-1750-2000-2500lt capacity);
Quad or “Q” (100-150-200lt capacity).
Depending on the type of tank, inside there are breakwater bulkheads.
Special versions available on request.

HP Kits with tanks in Stainless Steel

High Pressure Kits

The steel tanks are made of stainless steel AISI 304 (available on request in AISI 316 stainless steel for food), reinforced with external ribs and walls of adequate thickness to withstand stresses. Inside there are structural reinforcements and breakwater bulkheads, in order to ensure an easy and safe transportation.
The stainless steel tanks can be produced in different shapes:
“L”;
“T”;
cube or “C”;
Special versions available on request.

HP Kits with tanks in GRP Reinforced with Kevlar

HP Kits with tanks in GRP Reinforced with Kevlar

High Pressure Kits

The tanks in GRP are also available in Kevlar-carbon version, which ensures a greater mechanical strength, making them self-supporting and consequently lighter, as this eliminates the steel frame that supports the motor pump. Specifically, the tanks have a reinforcement structure made of carbon fiber and Kevlar, fitted with 4 from the tank protruding bolts, which allow the fixing of the motorized pump units (maximum weight of 150 kg). The Carbon Kevlar structure also serves as a double transverse bulkhead within the tank.
These tanks are available only with an L-shape, of capacity 350, 400, 500 and 600 lt.

Special Foam Mixing System

Special Foam Mixing System

High Pressure Kits

The FHP system, patented by Fireco, allows the use of foams or other mixing films, regardless of the load losses of the circuit. This allows to avoid the typical problems of the Venturi mixing systems, such as the length of the tube: the FHP system allows the operator to obtain good performance even in the presence of 200m of tube, keeping the correct mixing ratio between water and foam.
The FHP system is equipped with a special gun, able to operate either with water alone or with water / foam.
As an option, replacing the standard mixing valve, a proportional viewer is available that allows the operator to view the level of mixing between water and foam during the use of the FHP system.
WARNING: since there are many different types of foams and mixing films, the mixing values may vary depending on the foam type.
